Position Summary:
NNE Marketing is a direct marketing fundraising agency seeking an Account Manager (6-10 years of experience) to join our client services team and be responsible for the development of our non-profit client’s strategy and the creation and implementation of campaigns for our non-profit clients. Must demonstrate a solid knowledge of CRM, Digital, Data, and Direct Response Marketing.
Essential Functions:
- Join NNE Marketing’s client services team as a dedicated point of contact, managing projects and offering strategic and execution support for specific NNE non-profit clients.
- Set strategic direction through innovative idea generation, looking at traditional channels, and new, alternative direct response programs.
- Participate in team meetings, and present results to clients and partners.
- Write/review strategy briefs for selected clients.
- Review creative and make sure it is on strategy and meets objectives set in creative brief.
- Review and provide feedback for acquisition list plans provided by outside partners.
- Develop segmentation and merge/purge instructions to service bureaus on behalf of NNE’s clients.
- Work with partner vendors to oversee execution of program.
- Quality checking of work produced by outside partners.
- Create and analyze reports needed to develop strategy, creative and segmentation consultation.
- Help the account team develop annual budgets.
- Attend industry conferences (if needed) on behalf of NNE Marketing.
Requirements:
- <Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years marketing and/or communications experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Good proofreader

Must demonstrate a solid knowledge of CRM, Digital, Data, and Direct Response Marketing.
Essential Functions:
- Contributes to the development and execution of all campaign strategies across channels.
- Gathers past results, current strategies, and other materials necessary for strategy development.
- Creates mail matrices for each campaign, ensuring all team members understand each campaign’s specifics.
- Obtains campaign cost estimates for budget development (at test and roll out volumes) and reconciles to actual.
- Develop data processing instructions for all direct response fundraising campaigns. Approve data counts adhering to the campaign schedules.
- Work with list broker(s) for the development of acquisition campaigns. Manage list plan orders. Ensure that accurate and complete merge instructions are prepared.
- Performs quality control measures including but not limited to: proofs, sign offs and insertions.
- Assists account manager and account director in preparation of annual and seasonal marketing plans, results reviews, QBRs and other client presentations.

Position Summary:
The full-time Account Executive will join NNE Marketing’s client services teams and be responsible for the coordination and execution of all campaigns (across channels) for 1 to 2 nonprofit clients. The ideal candidate can work independently, is organized and demonstrates very strong attention to detail.
Essential Functions:
- Oversees and executes the day-to-day responsibilities associated with a client’s direct response fundraising program
- Develops detailed campaign schedules on an annual basis
- Initiates strategy sessions and contributes to the development of strategies
- Coordinates with copywriters and designers to develop new and modified copy
- Manages the creative routing process, edits and approvals, both internally and with the client, ensuring all timelines are met
- Leads the campaign production process – the review and approval of creative proofs, laser signoffs and insertions
- Creates and distributes weekly status reports to the internal team and client
- Maintains client contact at a campaign level
- Assembles samples
- Provides additional team and client support as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but an associate degree is required

Position Summary:
The Jr. Graphic Designer will work with our creative team to provide materials that support our nonprofit clients. Under the guidance of the Senior Art Director, the staff member will do production art for our clients and will begin to learn the fundamentals of direct mail design. This includes doing photo research, implementing client edits, and delivering print-ready electronic files. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and demonstrate very strong attention to detail. There are opportunities for career growth by building graphic design experience and skills.

Essential Functions:
- Approx. 90% production art and approx. 10% design
- Provides production art for direct mail letters, brochures, newsletters, promotional materials, notecards, address labels, calendars, notepads and more
- Assists graphic designers and art directors on their client work, as needed
- Implements clients edits, performs photo research, prepares images and layouts for print and digital assets
- Checks files against printer specs and delivers print-ready electronic files to vendors
- Maintains our clients’ visual standards, including branding, signatures and logos
- Follows production schedules to ensure tasks are being completed on time
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in production art for print materials
- Must have good print design and layout skills

The role includes collaborative concepting around new ideas and working closely with designers and account team members. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Creative Services, the Sr. Copywriter has a client-facing role with some travel anticipated.
