Principal and Co-founder
Chris has worked for and on behalf of non-profit organizations for over 30 years. Prior to founding NNE Marketing, his last role was as Vice President, Marketing and Analytics for Thompson Habib Denison. Chris was a vital contributor to new business, brought innovative ideas to existing clients and played a key role in their success and growth. Chris also worked for 12 years at the United States Golf Association, most recently as Director of Membership and US Open Ticket Sales. While at the USGA, Chris helped grow the membership program to one million members and to over $20 million in revenue. Chris was credited with selling out the U.S. Open (Golf) Championship in one day – for the first time in the now one hundred and twenty-five-year plus history of that prestigious USGA event.
Chris has spoken at numerous industry conferences and events. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Corporate Communication from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts. When Chris isn’t knee deep in a spreadsheet, he can usually be found rooting for his beloved Boston-based sports teams, spending time with his wife and two children or lounging in any nearby hammock.

Craig has over 26 years of fundraising and membership experience, both on the agency and non-profit side. Prior to forming NNE Marketing, Craig worked as Vice President, Client Services at THD, a direct response fundraising and membership agency. Craig led a team that worked with some of the nation’s most reputable non-profit organizations. Before joining THD, Craig was in the Fundraising and Membership Services Group at Epsilon where he managed multi-dimensional fundraising and membership programs, implementing new tools and strategies. Craig also worked for Mail Communications, Inc., working with local and regional non-profit direct marketing programs, including many hospitals. He began his fundraising career working as the Director of Operations and Community Relations at Community Boating, Inc. in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was responsible for all of the membership and development efforts, including individual appeals, events and corporate sponsorships.
Craig is an active member of the ANA Non-Profit Federation and is currently serving as Vice Chair of the Advisory Council. He is also a frequent speaker in the industry and has been a past chair of two DMA Non-Profit Conferences, and a past track lead for the Bridge Conference. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Bryant College. In his spare time, you will find Craig either skiing as much as possible with his wife and two teenage sons, or impatiently waiting with his dog for winter to come. Craig loves to cook, bike ride and be active outdoors. He also is a volunteer for the Charcot Marie Tooth Association.

Nora Millwood has spent the last 16 years developing integrated fundraising strategies for non-profits spanning the human service, international relief and health care sectors. Using data and analytics to inform investment and planning, she has supported organizations including Feeding America, The Fresh Air Fund, Habitat for Humanity, American Lung Association and Special Olympics among many others. While managing all aspects of fundraising programs for her clients, Nora has focused her interests on high value audiences including sustainers, middle donors and alternative media sourced new donors.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Boston College. Nora and her husband live in Northern Maryland and spend their days chasing after their two little girls and two dogs. She and her family love spending time outdoors, especially at the beach in the summer and fall.

Lisa has over 20 years of experience working for and on behalf of non-profit organizations. Prior to joining NNE, Lisa worked as a Creative Director at Thompson Habib Denison, where she developed award-winning creative for some of the nation’s largest and most reputable nonprofits, including Habitat for Humanity International, Alzheimer’s Association, Feeding America, Mercy Corps and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Before entering the agency side, Lisa was the Director of Communications at a Boston-area non-profit organization, implementing communication strategies, leading all communication initiatives, and developing online engagement.
Lisa received her Master of Science from Tufts University and her Bachelor of Arts in writing from Hampshire College. She is currently on the Board of Directors of the Boston-area non-profit Helping Hands: Monkey Helpers for the Disabled, where she is an active participant in improving the lives of retired service monkeys. In her spare time, Lisa can often be found exploring local bookstores to feed her passion for reading, and spending time with her husband and son.

Juila joined NNE in 2020 with 18 years of experience in direct response fundraising for nonprofit organizations.
Juila joined NNE in 2020 with 18 years of experience in direct response fundraising for nonprofit organizations. Prior to NNE, Julia was a Senior Account Director at THD where she focused on the development and execution of integrated fundraising campaigns for many well-known nonprofit organizations including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, March of Dimes, Alzheimer’s Association and Guiding Eyes for the Blind. Julia began her career at a full service advertising agency but realized quickly that helping nonprofits advance their mission while helping them raise funds was much more fulfilling.
Julia received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Vermont. Julia, her husband and two little girls live in Vermont. Despite being a native Vermonter, she hates the cold winters but loves the summers and spending as much time as possible on Lake Champlain.

Casie has over 20 years of marketing experience with the last 18 years focused on non-profit fundraising. In that time, she has worked with a wide range of large national and smaller regional non-profit organizations. Prior to joining NNE, she worked at THD, partnering with American Lung Association, Habitat for Humanity International, Feeding America, Multiple Sclerosis Canada, and Alzheimer’s Association. In addition, she worked at RKD, where she worked on programs for more than 20 Food Banks as well as Washington National Cathedral. She has worked on a large variety of programs and is passionate about using data to guide strategy.
Casie graduated from Regis College with a degree in English. Originally from New Mexico, Casie now resides in Massachusetts. She enjoys spending time outdoors making the most of all of the seasons with her husband, son and two dogs.
